#2 Unblock Someone in Your Instagram Settings

1. Then, tap the three-line Menu button in the upper right corner of your profile.
2. Tap the three-line Menu button.
3. Tap "Settings."

6. By presenting your email, you consent to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
7. Tap "Settings."
8. In "Settings," select "Protection."
9. Tap "Protection."
10. At last, tap "Obstructed Accounts."
11. Tap "Hindered Accounts."
12. You'll currently see a rundown of each profile you've obstructed. To unblock somebody, tap "Unblock" close to that record.
13. Tap "Unblock."
14. Affirm your activity by tapping "Unblock" again in the popup.
15. Tap "Unblock" once more.

Block or unblock someone through settings:

Tap or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile. Tap in the top right, then tap Settings. Tap Privacy, then tap Blocked Accounts. To unblock someone on your blocked accounts list, tap Unblock to the right of their name.
